1. Introduction
This Fee Schedule summarises the fees that may apply when you use the Plexcard Services. The exact fee for any action is always shown within the Services before you confirm it. Some costs, such as blockchain network fees, are set by third parties and are outside our control.
2. Trading fees
Fees for trading on our markets are shown on the order ticket before you place an order, so you can see the cost of a position before confirming it. The fee depends on the market and the size of your order and is calculated on the value of the trade.
3. Swap fees
A swap fee of 1% of the swap amount applies, subject to a minimum of $10 per swap. Larger, over-the-counter swaps, generally from $250,000, are quoted at a reduced rate of 0.25%. The fee is included in the quote you review before confirming a swap.
4. Deposits and withdrawals
Depositing crypto into your Plexcard account is free. Plexcard does not add its own fee when you withdraw crypto, so you pay only the blockchain network fee described below. When you buy crypto using a card or bank payment, the price you are quoted includes a spread, and any fee charged by the payment provider is shown before you confirm.
5. Network fees
On-chain transactions incur a network fee, sometimes called gas, that is set by the relevant blockchain and not by Plexcard. This fee changes with network conditions and is reflected in the amount that is sent or received. Plexcard does not profit from network fees.
6. Card fees
Any fees associated with the Plexcard card, such as issuance, replacement, or currency conversion when you spend, are shown in the card section of the app before they apply. Third parties, such as ATM operators, may charge their own fees that are outside our control.
7. Loyalty discounts
Your loyalty tier, which is based on the assets you hold with Plexcard, can reduce certain fees. Higher tiers unlock lower rates, and the rate that applies to you is shown in your account. A change of tier takes effect according to the rules described in the loyalty section of the Services.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this Fee Schedule from time to time, and the fees that apply are always those shown within the Services at the time of your transaction. Where changes are material, we will give reasonable notice, and the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Questions can be sent to help@plexcard.org.
